BDR-2213 has achieved further evolution of fundamental performance in addition to improving writing speed and accuracy. This is the culmination of years of refinements in ease of use, reliability and stability for the long-loved Pioneer BD Drive. BDR-2213 also has performance features such as the Custom Eco function available through the Pioneer BDR-2213 Drive Utility. Custom Eco helps reduce the device's power consumption. Pioneer's excellence in optical disc technology delivers quiet operation, high reliability and superior quality. As to software, CyberLink Media Suite 10 for Windows OS is available for download free of charge.
Does Pioneer offer Free Shipping?
Free UPS® Ground shipping is available on orders over $100 (before tax) delivered to valid addresses within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. (This offer excludes Hawaii and Alaska.)
Do you have any expedited shipping options?
Yes, UPS 2nd Day Air® is available at checkout for an additional cost.
When can I expect my package?
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected:
• UPS® Ground shipping typically takes 3–5 business days
• UPS 2nd Day Air® generally takes around 2 business days after the items leave our warehouse.
Note: The above time frames are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Please allow for internal processing time between placing your order and its departure from our warehouse. Weekends and holidays may also affect delivery windows. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
I’d like to ensure my package arrives safely. Do you offer signature‑required shipping?
We do not offer signature‑required shipping. Instead, we provide a “Pick up at a location near you” option at checkout. You can choose to ship your items to:
• A UPS Store
• A UPS Access Point® (such as CVS or other participating retail locations)
• A participating authorized Pioneer dealer
How does the pickup process work?
You will be notified via email once your order is ready. To collect your package, you must present a government-issued photo ID and your order or tracking number.
Important: Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification. If an order is not collected within this window, it will be returned to Pioneer. In these instances, a return shipping charge will be deducted from your final refund.
How to Set up “Pick up at a location near you”
1. Select Pick up at a location near you on the checkout page.

2. A pop‑up will appear. Enter your postcode or city or allow the browser to detect your location automatically. Then click “Confirm” to choose the pickup spot.
