If you cannot personally take the unit to one of these service companies, we suggest you ship it to the location nearest you. Carefully package the product, using the original product carton or a similarly sturdy box, and adequate internal packaging to minimize risk of shipping damage. Ship the product to the service company, prepaid via insurable carrier, along with your contact information, a copy of your purchase receipt (if the unit is under warranty) and a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing. Return shipping of the repaired unit is prepaid by Pioneer if the unit is under warranty.
If your product is out of warranty, we recommend contacting the service company before shipping the product to confirm estimate fees, return shipping charges and other service process details.
In some cases, you may be able to return your product to your authorized Pioneer Dealer for service. Please contact your dealer for more information.
