We will accept returns and exchanges of eligible items within 30 days of your receipt. Please visit the Pioneer returns portal to start a return. The order number provided in your confirmation email is required in order to process the return. Product must be in new and unused/resalable condition. Any shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective. If you believe you have received a defective product, please select “Item was damaged” in the returns portal. Upon Pioneer’s receipt of the product in unused/resalable condition or with confirmation of defect as determined by our inspection, we will issue a refund to the credit method used to make the purchase or provide an exchange, as applicable.
Orders picked up at Best Buy are not eligible for return shipping and must be returned to any Best Buy store. Similarly, orders shipped to you or that you pick up from a UPS Access Point or authorized Pioneer dealer are not eligible for return at Best Buy. To return a Best Buy pickup order, bring your new and unused/resalable Product to a Best Buy store with all packaging, parts/accessories and documentation together with your confirmation email for return processing.
