AVH-120BT Digital Media Receiver features built-in Bluetooth® for hands-free calling and audio streaming, audio/video playback from USB and DVD sources, safety features such as back up camera ready and much more. When a Bluetooth® device is in close proximity to the receiver, it automatically pairs to the receiver. Bluetooth® wireless technology has made life in the vehicle much more convenient. It also improves better call quality reception using the wideband speech Handsfree Profile 1.6, which nearly doubles the bandwidth of the frequency for call quality similar to FM reception. Other features include the ability to browse music libraries on smartphones wirelessly. Android Music Support Users of Android™ devices running operating system 4.0 or later can connect and listen to music stored on their device to the AVH-120BT without the need for an app. The process is made possible using Media Transfer Protocol (MTP). It allows the receiver to recognize the Android™ smartphone as a music storage device. Users can now access music via USB stored on an Android™ device and operate basic operations like FF, RW, Play, Pause, Random Play, and Repeat. Metadata information such as track, artist, and album name can be displayed. Song, artist, time and album information are beautifully displayed on the 6.2 touchscreen. The system's wired USB connection provides direct digital signal transfer from the device for clean, clear sound while providing 1 amp of current to keep your iPod/iPhone charged.

Does Pioneer offer Free Shipping?
Free UPS® Ground shipping is available on orders over $100 (before tax) delivered to valid addresses within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. (This offer excludes Hawaii and Alaska.)

Do you have any expedited shipping options?
Yes, UPS 2nd Day Air® is available at checkout for an additional cost.

When can I expect my package?
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected:
• UPS® Ground shipping typically takes 3–5 business days
• UPS 2nd Day Air® generally takes around 2 business days after the items leave our warehouse.

We do not offer signature‑required shipping. Instead, we provide a “Pick up at a location near you” option at checkout. You can choose to ship your items to:
• A UPS Store
• A UPS Access Point® (such as CVS or other participating retail locations)
• A participating authorized Pioneer dealer

How does the pickup process work?
You will be notified via email once your order is ready. To collect your package, you must present a government-issued photo ID and your order or tracking number.

Important: Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification. If an order is not collected within this window, it will be returned to Pioneer. In these instances, a return shipping charge will be deducted from your final refund.
