Shipment

How quickly does a product ship, once I place my order?

Typically, the order will ship within 3 to 5 business days. Holidays and weekends will affect shipping times.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

You will receive an email notification with the UPS tracking number.

Can you ship to other countries?

We will only ship with the United States. We do not ship to other countries. The products sold here in the US are only intended to be used within the US. Some features and specifications may not be suitable for other regions.

I'm not home during the day. What delivery options do you offer?

Pioneer is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery has been completed and will not replace orders that are stolen, missing, or damaged. To help ensure the safe receipt of your order, we recommend selecting one of the following delivery options at checkout:

1. Pick Up at a Location Near You
Pioneer can ship your item to a nearby UPS Access Point or an Authorized Pioneer Dealer, where you can conveniently collect it.


2. Best Buy In-Store Pickup
For select products, you may choose to pick up your order at a Best Buy store with available inventory.

Please note: You must pick up your order within 7 days of notification that it has arrived at a UPS Store, UPS Access Point, or authorized Pioneer dealer, or 5 days if picking up from a Best Buy store. Orders shipped to a UPS Store, UPS Access Point or authorized Pioneer dealer that are not picked up within 7 days will be returned to Pioneer and a return shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount. Best Buy pickup orders will be cancelled.

How can I return a product I purchased on the USA.PIONEER website?

Orders picked up at Best Buy are not eligible for return shipping and must be returned to any Best Buy store. To return a Best Buy pickup order, bring your new and unused/resalable Product to a Best Buy store with all packaging, parts/accessories and documentation together with your confirmation email for return processing.

How can I return a product I purchased through an authorized Pioneer dealer?

Please contact your dealer, they will provide details on their return process.

I just placed an order on the USA.PIONEER website and need to cancel/modify the order, who do I contact?

Please send an email to pioneerdirect@pioneer-usa.com, include your order number and your request.

How can I see a list of products I have purchased on the USA.PIONEER website?

Do you have a price guarantee?

Our price adjustment policy allows you to request a price adjustment under certain conditions. If we decrease our advertised price for a model offered for direct-to-consumer sale on https://usa.pioneer within seven calendar days following your purchase of that same model from us, then upon your request, we’ll refund the difference to the same credit card used for that purchase. This policy applies only when the decreased advertised price is for the identical model number.

This policy applies only to advertising and sale by us and is not a price matching policy for offers from other retailers. This policy is for consumer purchases only (excludes any dealer/distributor purchases). 

To request an adjustment, please email Pioneer Direct providing your name, Pioneer order number, the phone number and email address provided with the order, and the specific adjustment request.  We will review your request and respond according to this policy’s terms.

How can I know if there is a firmware update for my product?

Not all products have firmware updates. To see if your product has a firmware update available, click HERE to access our support page. Enter your model number and it should show you any available updates.

How can I obtain an owner’s manual for my Pioneer product?

The owner’s manual is available for download from our Support page. Please click HERE and enter your model number. It will display all available documents for the product.

For environmental purposes, we do not provide a full paper version of the owner’s manual. We suggest you download the manual to your phone or tablet for viewing.
