When can I expect my package?
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected:
• UPS® Ground shipping typically takes 3–5 business days
• UPS 2nd Day Air® generally takes around 2 business days after the items leave our warehouse.

Weekends and holidays may also affect delivery windows. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
I’d like to ensure my package arrives safely. Do you offer signature‑required shipping?
We do not offer signature‑required shipping. Instead, we provide a “Pick up at a location near you” option at checkout. You can choose to ship your items to:
• A UPS Store
• A UPS Access Point® (such as CVS or other participating retail locations)
• A participating authorized Pioneer dealer
How does the pickup process work?
You will be notified via email once your order is ready. To collect your package, you must present a government-issued photo ID and your order or tracking number.
Important: Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification. If an order is not collected within this window, it will be returned to Pioneer. In these instances, a return shipping charge will be deducted from your final refund.
How to Set up “Pick up at a location near you”
1. Select Pick up at a location near you on the checkout page.
2. A pop‑up will appear. Enter your postcode or city or allow the browser to detect your location automatically. Then click “Confirm” to choose the pickup spot.

Will the SXT-C10PS fit my car?
The SXT-C10PS is a standard single-DIN receiver designed with ’80s and ’90s classics in mind, including many BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, and Volkswagen models. Depending on your vehicle, a dash kit, wiring harness, or antenna adapter may be required. Check your vehicle’s fitment before purchasing, or visit an authorized Pioneer dealer for installation.
Does it have Bluetooth?
Yes. Built-in Bluetooth supports hands-free calling and wireless audio streaming from your smartphone. An external microphone is included for hands-free calls.
Do I still need a cassette adapter to play music from my phone?
Nope—those days are over. Stream wirelessly over Bluetooth, or connect via USB or AUX.
Do I need a subscription for HD Radio?
No. HD Radio broadcasts are free. SiriusXM satellite radio requires the SiriusXM Connect Vehicle Tuner and a subscription, both sold separately
Does it play CDs or cassettes?
No. The SXT-C10PS is a digital media receiver with no disc or tape mechanism. Music plays via Bluetooth, USB, AUX, HD Radio, and SiriusXM (with optional tuner).
Can I pair it with the TS-X40SXT speakers?
Absolutely. The SXT-C10PS and TS-X40SXT were designed as a matched Heritage Collection set. The speakers’ 4-ohm, 25W nominal rating pairs well with the receiver’s built-in amplifier.
