Pioneer DEH-S31BT features compatibility with Pioneer's exclusive Smart Sync app. Experience additional features by downloading the Pioneer Smart Sync app to your smartphone and syncing with your receiver. Smart Sync allows you to engage with your receiver in a similar fashion as high-end touchscreen units with a customizable UI and navigation app link. Pioneer Audio receivers feature built-in Bluetooth® enabling both hands-free calling and audio streaming. You can also listen to music from your Android™ device or USB flash drive via the front USB port. Built-in MOSFET amplifier delivers up to 50 watts to each speaker (up to 4 speakers). A built-in CD player allows you to enjoy music from your CD collection.

Free UPS® Ground shipping is available on orders over $100 (before tax) delivered to valid addresses within the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. (This offer excludes Hawaii and Alaska.)
Do you have any expedited shipping options?
Yes, UPS 2nd Day Air® is available at checkout for an additional cost.
When can I expect my package?
Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected:
• UPS® Ground shipping typically takes 3–5 business days
• UPS 2nd Day Air® generally takes around 2 business days after the items leave our warehouse.
Note: The above time frames are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Please allow for internal processing time between placing your order and its departure from our warehouse. Weekends and holidays may also affect delivery windows. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

We do not offer signature‑required shipping. Instead, we provide a “Pick up at a location near you” option at checkout. You can choose to ship your items to:
• A UPS Store
• A UPS Access Point® (such as CVS or other participating retail locations)
• A participating authorized Pioneer dealer
How does the pickup process work?
You will be notified via email once your order is ready. To collect your package, you must present a government-issued photo ID and your order or tracking number.
Important: Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification. If an order is not collected within this window, it will be returned to Pioneer. In these instances, a return shipping charge will be deducted from your final refund.
How to Set up “Pick up at a location near you”
1. Select Pick up at a location near you on the checkout page.
2. A pop‑up will appear. Enter your postcode or city or allow the browser to detect your location automatically. Then click “Confirm” to choose the pickup spot.
